Why is World Vegan Day celebrated?
What country has the most vegans?
A person who does not eat any food derived from animals and does not use animal products is called a Vegan. Some vegetarians who eat eggs are called ovo-vegetarians or lacto-ovo vegetarians. However, most vegetarians use dairy products such as cow milk and curd. There are a few variations of a vegetarian diet. This diet does not consist of eggs, seafood, but does consist of dairy products.
The Vegan Society on the 50th anniversary of its establishment in 1994, started the World Vegan Day celebration on November 1st. The day aims to promote a vegan lifestyle worldwide. Louise Wallis, the President of the Vegan Society, began this practice.
Some vegans avoid honey from their diets. They do so to take a stand against conventional beekeeping practices that can harm bee health.

China is one of those countries where you will find animal products in every dish.
The Theme for Fame
The theme for World Vegetarian Day will be a different and unique campaign every year. This year 2022, it is ‘Make A Difference’ by informing others about the benefits of vegetarianism.
Sympathy Versus Empathy.
The vegans who do not drink cow milk defend their stand with two reasons, why one should steal a mother’s milk from her baby. In the first place, we do not have a right to do so, and it is not right to do so. It is not a sympathetic situation, but it is an empathizing time. Think of a time when people snatch food from your child’s hand. It is not only for cows, they empathize with other animals like goats and camels.
Nowadays, the human eye is on these animals’ milk for the reason that it is suitable for curing certain health conditions such as diabetes. It improves immunity. Some research does show that humans are getting into health hazards by using animal milk.
The Gain of Being a Vegan
Here it is not essential to be part of the PETA movement, the need of the hour is to keep our body in good moving condition. The study shows plant-based alternatives to cows’ milk such as soya, coconut, etc. At this time, ready-to-use availability is difficult, but we should be ready to put some effort and time into extracting milk and using it. The little effort put towards maintaining good health always gives good results.
Vegan Versus Vegetarian
A non-vegetarian defends the food chain and says it is a natural or normal order created by the creator. Vegetarian or Vegans feel that mentally and physically, human is the most sophisticated creativity from god. A human can grow plants for his need and feed on plants. He need not jump into chains for his greed. The man’s greed slowly and steadily moves him from green belt land to barren land, but lions hunt only when they are hungry. Non-vegetarian food is always expensive cost-wise. Otherwise, it is not a wise decision healthwise.
